General provisions
These terms apply to all courses, camps, masterclasses, and workshops of Tbilisi Digital School (the "School") and to the use of the website tbilisidigitalschool.ge. By registering, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. For a participant who is a minor, the terms are accepted on their behalf by a parent or legal representative. The School's details are at the end of this page. These terms apply together with the Privacy Policy and the Payment Policy.

- Camp – a multi-day intensive program for children during school holidays.

Registration and booking a spot
- You can register on the website, by phone, or by email.
- Your spot in a group is reserved after the first payment. Groups are small, so spots are allocated in order of registration.
- If the start of a group is postponed or canceled for reasons on the School's side, we will notify you and offer you another group or a full refund of the amount you paid.
Payment plans
- Monthly payments. For multi-month courses, you pay for the first month when you register. For each following month, we send you a payment link or an invoice in advance.
- Full payment upfront. If you pay the entire amount at once, the course price is reduced by 10%.
- 0% bank installment plan. Where this option is listed on the course page, you can spread the cost through a partner bank's installment plan, with no additional interest. The installment plan is approved by the bank under its own terms.
For details and examples, see Payment and Installments; payment security and the refund procedure are described in the Payment Policy.
Refunds
- After the first session. If after the first session you decide that the course is not right for you, we will refund 100% of the amount you paid. Send us your request before the second session begins.
- Later. After the second session, refunds are prorated: we refund the cost of the sessions that have not yet been held. If you paid upfront at a discount, the refund is calculated from the discounted price.
- If you pay monthly, the following months' payments stop, and the sessions not yet held in the current month are refunded on a prorated basis.
- If you use a bank installment plan, the refund is made through the bank, and the installment plan is reduced or canceled accordingly.
- For camps and masterclasses, if you cancel at least 3 business days before the start, you receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you can transfer your spot to another camp session or event, or give it to another participant.
Refunds are made using the same method you paid with, within 10 business days of your request.
The School's obligations and rights
- The School makes sure that the information on its website and social media (prices, dates, program) is accurate and up to date.
- It runs each course according to the published program, with a qualified trainer and the necessary equipment and materials.
- It processes personal data in accordance with the law and the Privacy Policy.
- The School may change the schedule, trainer, or venue when necessary. We will notify you in advance; if the new arrangement does not suit you, the fees for sessions not yet held are refunded.
- The School may refuse a registration or end participation in case of a serious breach of these terms. In that case, the fees for sessions not yet held are refunded on a prorated basis.
Obligations of participants and parents
- provide correct and complete information when registering, and tell the School if it changes;
- pay on time according to the chosen plan;
- arrive on time and follow the code of conduct and safety rules;
- handle the School's equipment, laptops, and lab with care;
- not share course materials or session recordings with third parties.
Missed sessions
Fees for missed sessions are not refunded, but we try to make sure the material is not lost:
- in online and hybrid groups, the session recording and materials are available;
- in in-person groups, if a spot is available, you can cover the same topic with a parallel group, or have a short consultation with the trainer during the lab's working hours;
- in case of a long absence, for example more than two weeks due to illness, you can continue the course with the next group one time.
Certificate
We issue a certificate if the participant has attended at least 80% of the sessions and presented a final project. Each certificate has a unique number and a QR code, which can be used to verify its authenticity on the certificate verification page. If you were unable to present your final project on time, you can present it together with the next group.
Photos and videos
We take photos and videos during sessions for reports to parents and for our website and social media. They are published only with the consent given at registration. You can withdraw your consent at any time; after that, we will no longer publish new material. We do not include children's full names. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
Code of conduct and safety
- We treat each other with respect: trainers, groupmates, and lab staff.
- Laser, CNC, and other machines may be operated only with the trainer's permission and under their instructions. Safety goggles and other protective equipment are mandatory wherever the trainer requires them.
- If safety rules are violated, the trainer may temporarily remove the participant from working on the machine.
- In case of intentional damage to equipment, we may require compensation for the damage.
- At the end of a session or camp day, a child may be picked up only by a parent or by a person the parent has designated in advance.
- In case of repeated serious violations of the rules, the School may terminate the participant's participation. In that case, the fees for sessions not yet held are refunded on a prorated basis.
Participant work and course materials
Projects created by a participant belong to that participant. Course materials, recordings, and templates are intended for personal learning. They may not be distributed or used commercially without the School's consent.
Communication
By registering, you agree to receive learning and organizational messages (schedule, reminders, receipts, changes) through the communication channels. We send marketing messages, for example about new courses and discounts, only with your consent. You can opt out at any time using the link at the bottom of each email or by writing to info@tbilisidigitalschool.ge.
Information security
The website works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only staff who need the data for their work can access it. You enter your card details on the bank's secure page: the School cannot see them and does not store them. See the Payment Policy for details. Data sent over the internet can never be fully protected, so we always take reasonable measures to reduce the risk.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. A course that has already started is governed by the terms that were in effect at the time of registration. If you have any questions, write to us at info@tbilisidigitalschool.ge.
