Payment policy

How payment works, how your card data is protected, how the service is provided and when money is refunded.

General provisions

This policy describes how you pay for courses, camps, masterclasses, and other services of Tbilisi Digital School (the "School") on tbilisidigitalschool.ge and through other channels. By paying, you confirm that you have read this policy and the Terms of Service. The service provider's details are at the end of this page.

Prices

  • All prices are in Georgian lari (₾).
  • You see the final amount, including discounts and any promo code, in the payment form before you confirm the payment. The amount is calculated on the server, so it is always exact.
  • The School may change its prices. A change does not affect registrations that are already paid or confirmed.

Payment methods

  • Bank card: Visa and Mastercard, on the partner bank's secure payment page.
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay: on the same page, if your device supports them.
  • Bank transfer: by invoice, mainly for companies.
  • 0% installment plan: through a partner bank, where this option is listed on the course page. The installment plan is approved by the bank under its own terms.

Card data security

  • You enter your card details (number, expiry date, CVV) directly on the bank's page. The School cannot see, receive, or store them.
  • Payments are processed by a bank that complies with the international card data security standard (PCI DSS). Your card may be verified with 3-D Secure, for example an SMS code.
  • The website works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
  • The School never asks for card details by phone, email, or on social media. Do not reply to such a request, and let us know about it.

Payment confirmation

After a successful payment, you receive a receipt by email. A manager sends you the registration confirmation, the group's start date, and the address within 24 hours. If a payment fails, no money is charged: try again or contact us.

How the service is provided

The School does not sell physical goods. The service is teaching, provided:

  • in the lab: on the group's schedule, at the address you receive with the registration confirmation;
  • online: via Zoom or another platform, using a link we email you before the start;
  • at camps and masterclasses: on the date and at the time shown on the event page.

If an online course needs an electronics kit, we agree the delivery terms with you before the course starts.

Cancellation and refunds

  • Course: if after the first session the course is not right for you, you get a full refund. Send your request before the second session starts. After that, the fees for sessions not yet held are refunded.
  • Camp and masterclass: if you cancel at least 3 business days before the start, you get a full refund. Later, you can move your place to another camp session or event, or give it to another participant.
  • On the School's side: if a group or event is postponed or canceled, we offer you another date or a full refund.
  • Double charge: an amount charged twice by mistake is refunded in full after it is checked.
  • Installment plan: the refund goes through the bank, and the installment plan is reduced or canceled accordingly.

Refunds are made with the same method you paid with, within 10 business days of your request. How quickly the money shows on your card also depends on your bank. For the full rules, see the Terms of Service.

How to request a refund

Write to info@tbilisidigitalschool.ge and include:

  1. the payer's name and phone number;
  2. the course, camp, or event;
  3. the payment date and amount.

We confirm that we have received your request within 2 business days.

Stopping the monthly plan

You can stop the monthly plan at any time, by email or by phone. After that, we no longer send you payment links. Sessions of an already paid month that have not been held are refunded under the rules above.

Disputes

If you have a problem with a payment, write to us first: we will sort it out quickly. If we cannot reach an agreement, the dispute is resolved under the laws of Georgia.
