Payment methods
- By card: Visa and Mastercard, on the bank's secure payment page.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay: on the same page, if your device supports them.
- By bank transfer: based on an invoice, especially for legal entities.
- In installments: through a partner bank's 0% installment plan, where this is indicated on the course page.
You enter your card details on the bank's page. We do not see or store your card number.

For example, the fee for an 890₾ course can be paid in one payment of 801₾ or in three payments of 296.67₾ each. You will find the exact amount on each course page and in the payment form: the price is always calculated on the server.
If you are sure you will complete the course, paying in full is the best value. If you are still deciding, choose the monthly plan: you still get a full refund after the first session if the course is not right for you.
Monthly payments
You pay for the first month when you register. Before each following month we email you a payment link or an invoice, and you receive a receipt as soon as you pay. You can stop the monthly plan at any time, by email or by phone.
Promo codes and gift vouchers
- Enter your promo code in the payment form. One code applies per order.
- The promo code discount is applied after the discount of the selected plan, for example after the 10% for paying in full.
- Each code may have an expiration date, a usage limit, or a restriction to a specific course.
- A gift voucher is for a fixed amount and can be used for any course, camp, or masterclass. If the fee is less than the voucher's face value, the difference is not refunded in cash.

Invoices for legal entities
If a company is paying the course fee, enter the organization's name and identification code in the payment form. We will send you the invoice by email. Your spot in the group is reserved once the payment has been received. For corporate training, we prepare the contract and invoice separately: see Corporate Training.
Refunds
- After the first session, if the course is not right for you, you get a full refund.
- After that, refunds are prorated based on the sessions not yet held.
- Refunds are made using the same method you paid with, within 10 business days of your request.

Frequently asked questions
Can I change my plan during the course? Yes. You can switch from monthly payments to paying for the remaining months in one payment at any time. Contact us, and we will recalculate the amount.
Do you offer a sibling discount? For camps, when siblings register together, the second child gets a 15% discount. A consultant can tell you about current offers for courses.
Where can I see my payments? A receipt is sent to you by email after every payment. If you need a copy of your payment history, write to us at info@tbilisidigitalschool.ge.
