AI for business means artificial intelligence takes routine work off your hands: it answers customers’ frequent questions, sorts requests, drafts content, offers and the weekly report, and you only check and approve. Tbilisi Digital School teaches this in three formats: an AI course for founders and managers, a short course for your first AI employee, and corporate AI training for a whole team. All of them are taught in Georgian and need no programming.
The main difference from a general AI course: you do not learn to “get to know ChatGPT”, you build a specific process in your own business: request → data → AI reply → your approval → report.
What you can automate in your business this month
In small and medium businesses AI pays off fastest on repetitive, text-heavy tasks:
- Customers’ frequent questions: an assistant answers from your catalogue, prices and FAQ, and hands difficult cases to a person;
- Requests and leads: a request from a form, email or the website lands in a sheet, AI sorts it and alerts the team;
- Marketing: a weekly post plan, ad copy variants and a visual brief in your brand’s voice;
- Sales: personal offers, sales scripts and follow-ups;
- Email: incoming mail is sorted and draft replies are prepared, and sending happens with your OK;
- Management: analysing the sales sheet and a weekly report for leadership.
Fifteen concrete use cases, with tools and risks, are described in AI in business.
AI course for business: which format to choose
| AI Business Co-Pilot | AI Employees | Corporate program | |
|---|---|---|---|
| For whom | Founders, freelancers, online shops, managers | Anyone who wants to start with one job | A company, a department, a whole team |
| Length | 4 weeks, 8 sessions | 2 weeks, 4 sessions | Shaped around your needs |
| What you build | An assistant, an automation, an AI agent and a report | A bot for email, sales or a morning briefing | Pilot processes, a pilot agent, an AI policy |
| Tools | ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Make, n8n | Grok Bot, ChatGPT Dots, Custom GPTs | What your company already uses |
AI Business Co-Pilot: From Assistants to AI Agents is the most complete path: in eight sessions you build an AI system for your business, from marketing and requests to an assistant, a Make automation and an agent that does the work with your approval. As a final project you choose a lead agent for an online shop, a communication agent for a service business or an AI system for a sole trader.
AI Employees: Grok Bot and ChatGPT Dots teaches you in four sessions to build your first AI employee: an AI Inbox Manager that sorts email and drafts replies, a sales and marketing agent, or a daily business briefing. Grok Bot and ChatGPT Dots are new and paid, so we check your access together before the course, and if you do not have it you build the same task with ChatGPT, a Custom GPT or Make/n8n.
AI agents for business: how we teach you to build them
An AI agent is more than an ordinary automation: it takes a goal and chooses which tool to use, for example logging a request in a sheet, finding the answer in the FAQ or offering a meeting. That is exactly why an agent needs rules.
| AI assistant | Automation | AI agent | |
|---|---|---|---|
| How it works | Answers your question | Runs pre-written steps | Chooses its own steps towards a goal |
| Example | An answer from the FAQ | Form → sheet → alert | Request → category → draft reply → your OK |
| Control | You read the answer | The steps are fixed | Permissions, approval and a log |
On the course you build the agent in Make AI Agents and n8n Agents and write down what it may and may not do: decisions about money, messages to customers and changes to data are always made by a person. What an AI agent is and when a business needs one is covered in AI agents explained, and the step-by-step build in how to build an AI agent. AI training for companies
When AI is needed by a whole team rather than one person, corporate AI training is shaped around your company:
- Needs discovery: a meeting with leadership (goals and constraints), a consultation and a survey with your staff.
- Process audit: 2–3 pilot processes where AI pays off fastest, and acceptable-use rules.
- Tailoring the program: tracks by role and the format: at your office, with us or online.
You choose the tracks: AI fundamentals for business, marketing and communication, day-to-day operations, creative teams, product managers and leaders. You keep a process map, a team prompt library and shared assistants, automated processes in your own systems, a pilot AI agent for one department, a draft company AI policy, and staff who can maintain the automations themselves. Our other corporate programs (STEM, teacher training, team workshops) are on the corporate training page, and a plan for the first 90 days is in rolling out AI in a company.
AI training by department
| Department | Where AI helps | What a person checks |
|---|---|---|
| Sales | Sorting leads, offers, follow-ups | Prices and terms |
| Marketing | Content plan, ad copy, analysis | Brand voice and facts |
| Customer service | Frequent questions, a library of replies | Difficult and sensitive cases |
| HR | Job ads, onboarding materials | Judging candidates |
| Finance and management | Sheet analysis, a weekly report | Numbers and decisions |
In detail: AI for marketing and AI for HR.
Data, safety and cost
Real customers’ personal data does not go into AI: we work with anonymised or test records. A bot or agent gets as much access as it needs and no more. Anything involving money, messages to customers or changing data waits for a person’s approval.
We talk about cost separately too. A ChatGPT or Claude subscription and their API are different things: in Make and n8n the AI step is often paid through an API key, by the amount of text processed, so on the course you also learn to set a spending limit. How to build a first flow and how the tools compare is in AI automation: n8n, Make or Zapier.
How to measure the result
Bringing in AI is worth it when the result shows in numbers. On the course you test each system with five test cases and work out:
- how many hours it saves per week;
- how quickly a customer gets an answer;
- what one run costs, and the monthly bill;
- what share needs a person to step in, and why.
You finish with a weekly report and a 30-day rollout plan, so the system keeps working after the course.
