There is no single “best” AI app: you choose an AI tool by task. For chat and writing, use ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude; for studying your own documents, Gemini Notebook; for images, ChatGPT or Nano Banana; for voice, ElevenLabs; for music, Suno; for automation, Make or n8n. Almost all of them have a free plan, but Georgian language support varies.
Below is the main table, then a short note on each task with a link to a detailed guide. The data is from October 2026: we checked prices, free limits and languages on each company’s official pages. The “Georgian” column says what the company itself states; test the quality on your own tasks.
If you are new to AI, start with AI for beginners: a 7-day plan.
Which AI app for what: the main table
| Task | Tool | Free plan | Georgian | When to pick it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Chat and writing | ChatGPT | Yes | On the official list | All-round start, voice, projects |
| Chat and writing | Gemini | Yes | On the official list | Gmail, Calendar and Drive |
| Chat and writing | Claude | Yes | Not in the benchmark table | Long texts and analysis |
| Chat and news | Grok | Built into X | Test it yourself | Real-time X posts |
| Your own documents | Gemini Notebook | Yes | Audio overviews in Georgian too | Studying with cited sources |
| Images | ChatGPT, Nano Banana | Limited | Lettering inside images is unreliable | Posts, illustrations, photo edits |
| Video | Gemini, Higgsfield | Gemini: paid plans only | Add text separately | Short ads, Reels |
| Voice | ElevenLabs | Yes, 10,000 credits a month | In Eleven v3 and v4 | Voice-overs |
| Music | Suno | Yes, 50 credits a day | Test it yourself | Songs, background music |
| Presentations | Gemini, Claude, Canva | Yes | Proofread the text | Slides and design |
| Automation | Make, n8n | Make: 1,000 credits a month | Depends on the AI step’s model | Form to sheet to email |
| Agents | ChatGPT dots | No | Test it yourself | Delegating and scheduling work |
A “free plan” nearly always means limits on messages, images or credits, and “on the official list” means the company names Georgian as supported; you still judge the quality yourself.
Chat and writing: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Grok
- ChatGPT. OpenAI lists Georgian as a supported language, and the interface can switch to Georgian. On the free plan, chat runs on GPT-6, while files, images and voice are limited. Sign-up, plans and 10 ready prompts are in how to use ChatGPT in Georgia.
- Gemini. Google’s assistant connects to Gmail, Calendar and Drive, and its free plan includes Deep Research and images. In Georgia, paid plans are priced in lari. Details: the Gemini guide.
- Claude. Anthropic’s assistant has a free plan with slides, documents and web search, while Projects are on the paid Pro plan. Georgian is not in Anthropic’s language benchmark table, though the company says Claude is capable in many languages beyond those benchmarked. You must be 18 to use Claude. See the Claude guide.
- Grok. An assistant built into the X app and website, available in every country where X is available. It can use public X posts and real-time web search, so it is quick on breaking news, but double-check anything taken from posts. Details: the Grok guide.
For a task-by-task comparison of the three main assistants, read ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
Research and your own documents: Gemini Notebook and Deep Research
Gemini Notebook (formerly NotebookLM, renamed in July 2026) bases its answers only on the sources you add and shows where each answer comes from. You can add PDFs, documents or web pages and get summaries, quizzes, flashcards or an audio overview. According to Google, Audio Overviews can be generated in more than 80 languages, including Georgian. Step-by-step instructions are in the Gemini Notebook guide.
For research on the web, use Deep Research: the assistant reads many sources and builds a report with links. It is on Gemini’s free plan and limited on ChatGPT’s free plan.
Images: ChatGPT, Nano Banana and more
ChatGPT creates images on the free plan too, in limited numbers. In Gemini, image generation and editing with Nano Banana 2 is on every plan. Georgian lettering inside images still often comes out garbled, so add text afterwards in Canva or another design tool. For a tool comparison and a prompt formula, see how to create images with AI.
Video: Higgsfield, Gemini and other generators
In Gemini, video generation is on paid plans only (from Google AI Plus), and paid plans also include credits in Google’s Flow studio. Higgsfield is a video and image studio; building a 15-second product clip from start to finish is covered in how to make an AI video with Higgsfield. For other generators and a 30-second ad workflow, read AI video and animation, and for editing, subtitles and sound on footage you shot yourself, see AI for videographers.
Voice and music: Georgian voice-overs and songs
According to ElevenLabs’ documentation, Georgian is supported in the Eleven v3 and Eleven v4 models (but not in Multilingual v2 or Flash v2.5). The free plan has 10,000 credits a month, about 10 minutes of speech, and a commercial licence comes with paid plans. Voice cloning always needs the consent of the person whose voice it is. Step-by-step Georgian voice-overs are in Georgian AI voice.
For music, Suno’s free plan gives 50 credits a day but no commercial rights, so those songs cannot go into an ad. Gemini also generates music, on every plan. Song structure, tips for Georgian lyrics and licences are in how to make music with AI.

Presentations and design
Slide generation is on every Gemini plan, and Claude’s free plan includes Claude Slides. Canva’s free plan includes up to 20 AI uses a month. A practical rule: prepare the structure and text in a chat, do the design in the presentation tool, and have a person read the Georgian text on the slides at the end.
Automation, chatbots and AI agents
These three are different. A chatbot answers questions from your knowledge base (on a website or in Telegram, for example); see how to build an AI chatbot without code. Automation repeats the same steps every time, such as form to spreadsheet to email. Make’s free plan includes 1,000 credits a month. Details: AI automation with n8n, Make or Zapier.
An agent plans its own steps towards a goal. ChatGPT’s dots arrived on 29 September 2026: an always-on agent with its own cloud computer, at first only on Pro and Business Premium and not in every country. Grok Bot works in X Chat like a contact: it signs in to the tools you choose, does the task and reports back, and you decide whether to allow each action it proposes. See AI agents explained for when a business needs an agent.

How to choose an AI app: five questions
- What is the task? Write the task down first, then pick the tool from the table.
- How does it handle Georgian? Check whether the company names Georgian as a supported language, then test it on five typical tasks.
- Where does your data go? Check whether the service uses conversations to train models and whether you can turn that off.
- What does it cost? Use the free plan for a week and subscribe only to the one whose limit you hit every day.
- Is it the official app? Download only the app published by the company itself. Apps and sites called “Georgian ChatGPT” or “AI in Georgian” usually belong to someone else.

What never to paste into any AI app
Whatever the settings, keep this data out of a personal account:
- passwords, PIN codes, card and account numbers;
- ID numbers and passport details;
- health information, yours or anyone else’s;
- personal data of clients and employees;
- confidential company documents, unless your company has a business plan and an internal policy.
Before you upload a real document, make an anonymised copy: replace names with Client A and Client B, and delete numbers and addresses. The result is often just as good, and the risk is far lower.
What is the minimum age for AI apps?
| Service | Minimum age | Note |
|---|---|---|
| ChatGPT | 13 | Under 18 with a parent’s permission |
| Gemini | 13 (personal account) | Under 13, a parent turns it on in Family Link |
| Google AI paid plans | 18 | Gemini skills are 18+ too |
| Claude | 18 | A higher local minimum age applies |

Frequently asked questions
What is the best free AI app?
There is no single best one. For chat, the free plans of ChatGPT and Gemini are the most versatile; for studying your own documents, Gemini Notebook; for voice, ElevenLabs’ free plan. Choose by task and test it on real work for a week.
Which AI apps work in Georgian?
ChatGPT (in its interface languages) and Gemini (in its supported languages) officially name Georgian. Gemini Notebook creates audio overviews in Georgian, and ElevenLabs supports Georgian voices in Eleven v3 and v4. Claude does not list Georgian in its benchmark table but writes Georgian text, so test it yourself.
Which AI app should I download on my phone?
One chat app is enough to start: ChatGPT or Gemini, both with official apps on Google Play and the App Store. Before downloading, check the publisher: OpenAI for ChatGPT, Google for Gemini.
Is a paid AI subscription worth it?
Only if you hit the free limit regularly or need a feature that is paid-only, such as video in Gemini or dots in ChatGPT. Instead of several subscriptions at once, choose the one that does your most frequent task best.
Are AI apps safe to use?
Official apps with the right settings are safe for everyday work, as long as you do not paste sensitive data. Check whether conversations are used for training, and always verify important answers: AI can confidently invent facts.
Where can I learn to use AI tools in Tbilisi?
You can start on your own with our 7-day plan and the guides linked above. For a practical course built around your profession, see AI courses in Tbilisi: for business, designers, video creators and teachers.
